PSP is transferable if you buy a new home as long as it's within our service area OR you can leave it to the new owners. Relax we will remind you to schedule!

You will receive a reminder every 6 months to give us a call to book a date that works best for you.

- This includes one visit a year in the fall to check heater, and AC.

- Savings of 10% off all repairs. (Does not include replacements)

- Priority service: We will come to you first over Non-Priority Service Plan members

- Plan is transferable: If you buy a new home, you can take the plan with you. Or leave it for the new owner. (As long as its within our service area)

- No after hours fees: If you call on a holiday or after hours you will not pay an extra fee.

- Plumbing safety inspection

- Free removal of one pound of R-410a or adding one pound of R-410a if necessary.
