Two visits a year. Spring visit to check the AC and a Fall visit to check the Heater. Don't worry about contacting us. We will contact you with a reminder via email! 

 Savings of 10% off all repairs. (Does not include replacements) 

 Priority service: We will come to you first over Non-Priority Service Plan members. 

 Plan is transferable: If you buy a new home, you can take the plan with you. Or leave it for the new owner. (As long as its within our service area) 

 No after-hours fees: If you call on a holiday or after hours you will not pay an extra fee.
